Yes!  The status of your order can be found on our website 24 hours a day!  Tracking information will be provided once your order has left our warehouse.

Domestic shipping rate is only $4.95 for your entire order and FREE shipping for orders over $50. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

International Orders are shipped via USPS International First Class or Parcel. Shipping rates are calculated depending on your country and weight of package.

Most orders ship out within 2-3 days. Due to the unique nature of marblies we'll notify you if there is a delay with your shipment.

We fully guarantee all of our products for quality, craftsmanship and order accuracy.

If there is an issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.  Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
